Why Janie’s Game?
Everyone deserves to experience the fun of games. Too often, traditional games leave out players with disabilities or create unnecessary barriers. Janie’s Game was designed to change that.

Janie’s Game is special and a perfect teaching tool for young children all the way to senior adults. The board design makes it easy for people with different abilities, including those with Down Syndrome, Autism, ADHD, or Seniors facing memory challenges.

Our two- sided game board is 18” x 24” with Regular Solitaire and Reverse Solitaire on the back. On the front side is a numbered column that supports forward counting as players build from Ace up to King. The reverse side guides backward counting as players work from King down to Ace. This built-in organization helps strengthen important skills like sequencing, memory, and flexible thinking.

When Sandy saw that traditional games were not always easy for her stepdaughter, Janie, she created An Old Game Made New.
Every part of the game was carefully considered, making it perfect for individuals with Down Syndrome, Autism, or ADHD. The structure also makes it a wonderful fit for Seniors who need extra support with memory.
The result is more than a card game. It is a joyful way to learn, strengthen memory, and most of all, have fun together. When games are created with love, they invite everyone to the table.
