Purchases and Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are as shown on the product/shop page at the time of purchase.

  • A 6% Florida state sales tax will be applied to all orders as required by law.

  • Payment is processed securely through Squarespace’s authorized payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Square). We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within a reasonable timeframe after purchase.

  • Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other common carriers.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been handed off to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

  • All sales are final.

  • Refunds are only available if a product arrives damaged during shipping. In this case, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

Product Use Disclaimer

    • Shipping delays caused by carriers,

    • Or injuries, accidents, or misuse resulting from play of the game.

Your sole remedy in the event of an issue with your order is as outlined in our Refund Policy above.
